As one of Ike and Tina Turner's Ikettes touring in the UK, Patricia Arnold from L.A. was spotted by Mick Jagger and recommended to Andrew Oldham. 
Forget about Rod Stewart's version, or even Sheryl's -- good as they both are -- she hit gold performing the best interpretation of this Cat Stevens song -- ever..!!

On this one, I have to go with old Rod for my taste.  That is not to diminish her obvious vocal skill as exemplified by this cut.

I have and really like that as well.  I was quite a Cat enthusiast back in the day.
